2006 Updates

10/28, 1:30 PM:

Big 12 Championship results are added to Cross Country 2006. The women are second (highest finish ever), with Sally Kipyego becoming Tech's first ever individual conference champion. The men are tenth behind Kevin Chelimo's fifth place finish.

10/15, 8:00 PM:

Chili Pepper results are added to Cross Country 2006.

10/1, 9:45 PM:

Cross Country results are updated through the Murray Keatinge Invitational.

Oh yeah and, 8-year anniversary of the site's founding is today. Happy birthday to it.

9/3, 4:30 PM:

Cross Country 2006 kicks off with results for the Mike Boit Invitational; at least, for the women. The men's results apparently were thrown out because of an "error on the course".

8/6, 3:30 PM:

Well, luck was on my side for once, as everything involved with Outdoor 2006 is now up. This includes school records, All-Americans, even the team conference placings list I'd been neglecting the past few years.

Cross Country updates should begin promptly in September, when the meet results start rolling in.

7/17, 11:00 PM:

I promised nothing... I delivered nothing. But at any rate, all of Indoor 2006 is now up. With any luck, Outdoor 2006 should come along before Cross Country starts, but as usual, there's no guarantee.

You'll also notice that I've changed the results section in the navigation section to the left. This is an effort to simplify things in case people don't want to use the results subpage. At this point, I don't intend to get rid of the results subpage itself, since I'd lose the acknowledgements for the people that helped me get the data. So, the front page is the only one that will change for now. This does make the main page a bit bigger in terms of file size, so let me know if you're having load time problems with it.

2/12, 5:45 PM:

So, I'm back, as work has *finally* let up enough to allow me to finish off last Cross Country season. Indoor, with all its many school records and such, should come along sometime this month, though I'm not promising anything.

Also, there's a biography up for Paige-Bradberry Brown, only about 10 months late (so sorry). I really would like to have more of these, so don't hesitate to send them in.
